MOSCOW, Feb 27 (PRIME) -- Russian tourists are fully entitled to cancel tours to Italy, South Korea and Iran and receive full refund from tour operators, the Federal Agency for Tourism said in a statement on Thursday.
“The Federal Agency for Tourism reminds the tour operators and tour agents that in these circumstances Russian tourists have an unquestionable right to demand cancellation of a tourist product sales agreement or to demand a change in its conditions,” the agency said.
The agency earlier issued a recommendation to the tour operators to abstain from selling tours to these countries as they were affected by an outbreak of coronavirus.
